'94 F350 knuckles & hubs on '97 2500?

I have been thinking of this for some time. I have the parts, and have built half a dozen rock crawler/dune runners for guys with one off susp/steering set ups that work great. The only problem i see is the arm location between the two. Ford is longer, might need a longer pitman arm. Problem 2, daily driver with (3) kids! (3) kids means not much $$$ for my stuff. Still cheaper than Dynatrac!

when I had my '96 2500 I looked into the ems kit, it's nice and worth the money but I wanted to swap in a ford front axle instead. but I also fabricate metal for a living so it wouldn't be that big of a deal for me. the ford brakes, high pinion, axle shafts, hubs and serviceable wheel bearings are superior to the dodge setup.
if you don't want to or can't fabricate, the ems or dynatrac conversions are the way to go. I've heard they're worth the money (and not cheap) but have no direct experience with them.
