do some of the 95s have obd2 if so how do you tell want a scanguge2 but it needs obd2 to operate

On Board Diagnostic II-i believe they went to em in 96 in all Domestic cars, its where you plug in a scan tool or programmer like the smarty...all other years would have OBD I

i do have one of those, wait no i dont i took that out to make way for my air brake shut off for my 2wd low gear
