Stiffer springs may have caused a lifter to collapse. One way you can tell is remove all the rocker covers, start it up and look for a rocker that is hardly moving or isn't moving period compared to the rest of them.

They could be, I was only taking a guess. I'd pull the rocker covers to make sure all the rockers are moving.

Didn't see a white haze issue earlier. Is it's what's going on, go an injector that isn't atomizing fuel correctly, or is washed out.

yup just noticed it earlier after i cleaned out the screen on the filter heater, and drilled and tapped the banjo and installed a pressure gauge, fuel pressure is good, blead all lines and walked around the truck and noticed a very very lite white haze, so i started cracking lines and had no affect on run idel when i cracked open #5 so thats is where i will start is a pop test, or just a good excuse to get new inlectors,

Default idle issues?

Gone ropin, my first question is if you took the pump off to install the spring or you did it with it installed on the engine. Second if you replaced all of the springs or did you leave the big one installed with the new ones.

I say if it was fine before you installed the gov springs. then started acting up after you put them in. There was something done wrong. changing the springs would not just make an injector go bad. tear it back down make sure you done everything right.

double check your setup on the springs. from what i have heard, if the one set of springs is tighter than the other set it can cause this kind of thing.

BTW, they are solid lifters, if you collapse one you have some serious issues!
