How many amps does each grid pull?

im going to end up running two sets of grid heaters when i build my twin ram intake

you can do what banks does with their twin ram. They pull the 2 elements out of the stock block and use one element in each new block.

I think having 4 elements is going to be a bit excessive, by the time they cycle both batteries will likely be dead before you can crank it, you'd be looking at a 380amp draw with 4 elements!
