Looking at 60lb valve spring how do I install myself ? and what brand would recommend

ok good deal! so i can just remove my valve springs and it will be fine? i have been looking for ways to lighten up the truck and there's the key!

ya 6k ur lookin at a lot of engine work hell the factory cam is good only for 4500 rpms

i'm gettin my valve springs in the next month or so and i'm installin them my self and gettin a 4k baby spring kit to convert mine from 3k to 4k and its gonna be fun doin the governor springs sence i cross threaded one of them after tryin not to do dat ironic ain't it?
