dodge and for rims will swap out but not w/ chevy, they have a smaller center hole,,
as for your oil burning pull off your turbo pipe/hose at the turbo, on the pressure side if no oil there, check the exhaust side if you can, this will trll you if its a turbo seal and if it is get a turbo, you can do a compression check, if all ok there, look at your head for either seals or guides, steam seals are easy to do even on the truck, if nothing else time to upgrade,

I would check your turbo pipes i work on dump trucks and the first sign is oil coming out of the intercooler pipes or the exhaust and if you dont fix it quick the turbo will go and suck all the oil out of the engine and it not an pretty site so check everything to the head and exhaust manifold and your turbo.
