Default Good Buy?

1995 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel **12V**Auto*Cold AC*Great buy* $4900

only thing it would be used for is the sled and drive through town every now an then.

im going to do more searching about the KDP and other issues, but ive never really messed with a dodge, so what ya think?

Looks pretty good for the $ - but the statement "No leaks or blow by" would have me .

If this truck has been taken care of - 231k really isnt a lot of miles. Guys have pulled the head of with more miles and the cylinders look great - even have the cross hatch marks. The Cummins is a tough engine.

don't buy it.... i'm on my way to get it now.... ..... j/k

i'd buy that in a heartbeat.... but i me and my wife have no more vehicle payments now so she would definitely object to me getting one.....

the only thing you would HAVE to replace is the tranny if it is the origional one and you start throwing power through it......

hey i got 295,000 plus miles mostly hauling a horse trailer to ropings across the country, on my 2nd tranny now, and orignial t-case, still has great compression, and bore scoped it at 260K and still had cross hatches in cylinders, very little blowby, and still goes 104MPH in the 1/4 mile, and planning on pulling with it 9/6 at the pulls in alvarado, go or blow baby!!!

only reason for replacing the last tranny was the wife blew up the torqueconverter and twisted the input shaft and upper planets, while raceing a powerstruggle,
it did it after she broke traction at about 80 and it hooked up and POP goes the tranny,
