hey, fixin to move to texas on the 18th will be relocating from western slope of coloradr to the glenrose texas area, west of fort worth, i know that dallas has emission requirements in order to register vehicles, does any body know if this applys to older diesels, in smaller towns? or if theres a web site i can go to, to find the info i need,
