Hello,new to the site, I've got a 1997 automatic dodge cummins 4wd. With 232000 miles.When stopped and getting ready to turn the motor revs up and takes off real slow and doesn't pick up speed until the wheels straighten out (worse if i try to get on it a bit). I'm also experiencing poor shifting, 2nd is decent but going into 3rd about 35 mph i have to let off the go pedal to shift and if i get on it just a little bit not even 2000 rpm it will downshift. I've replaced the governor pressure sensor and governor solenoid,filter and new trans fluid still no change.
new to diesel community only had the truck 6 months,not real handy but do what I can. The truck is basically stock other than cold air intake + 4" exhaust and 3" pusher intake horn. Would gladly appreciate any advice or ideas, thanks very much god bless.
