Brake Booster Failure Maybe?

Default Brake Booster Failure Maybe?

Hello, All

Over this summer I had a chance to really get to love my truck and feel her all up, what I mean by that is that I was going to do some sound proofing, as well as new carpet and door seals to freshen the truck up, long story short after taking the carpet out I found two 6 inch holes by the driver and passenger center seat bolts. A thin strip of non rusted metal was holding the center support bracket up, I now know why my truck was so much louder than my dads 97'.

I cut the floor out (extended cab) cut the floor out of a donor single cab, they can be made to work if you save the center driveshaft hump off the original floor. As I did that I decided during down time, to replace the front and rear brakes as well as go with upgraded rear cylinders. I flushed the brake system with new fluid and bled the system, there was no air what so ever.

Now as I'm driving the truck, the brake pedal feels soft like there is air in the system, but I double checked tonight by rebleeding the brakes and there is no air. When applying the brakes they seem to work, I could go to a dead stop from 60 in around 120 feet which I think is fair considering the weight and age (front disk, rear drum) of the system. But after I did a hard stop like that my abs, and brake light illuminate on the dash.

Does anyone have any idea of what this could be? Is it a failing vacuum system or brake booster issue? Thanks
