Default New Pistons Question

When I replace the pistons in my 96 12 valve are my connecting rod caps going to fit right with new bolts when torqued to spec.? What is the proper procedure for this. I have never rebuilt a cummins diesel however I am mechanically proficient. Any advice and tech on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't understand question.
The rod bolts have nothing to do with changing a piston.
I use plasti gauge when putting new bearings in.
Go by their spec.
