So figured it out. Easy fix just had to look down there. The backing nut at my CAD for the posi lock (vacuum delete) kit was lose just had to spin it further in and tighten the backing nut. I would say about half a Coors light can of oil came out. Turns out the noise I was hearing was the round thing that get pushed over both splines was getting caught in the middle and pushing it back into two wheel.

 

Yeah, that'll wear the **** out of your center shaft splines in no time. Give 'em a good look.
