Default cylinder temperature difference?

I am running a 96 cummins now doing a little work to it and it's got a hair of a rough idle and you can hear almost a miss or difference in the exhaust. I used an IR gun on the cylinders and #1 was 85-90* #2-5 were all 115-120 and #6 was around 125. This doesn't seem quite right. I've tried researching and can't find much info everyone's opinion is different. The truck pulls hard I have full gauges and it runs good driving down the highway and pulling I just don't want to damage something. Right now there are many good deals online with black Friday and such so I can pick up a set of injectors for a good price if I need to.
