try to find somebody to trade gears with. both of you go to a shop and have them change them out. it takes a different center section for 3.55 on the rear than 4.10. the front is gear swap only.

I'd go the 3.54 route then. Take your time with local ads and see what pops up. Many of these 2ndgens go for scrap after the cummins is gone (removed or destroyed). I have capitalized on such deals twice now
