I'm trying to get at my cruise control to see if I can fix it but can't get the battery box out. I've removed all the bolts on top - saw a post that said there were two more bolts in the wheel well to be removed - took out the plastic wheel cover and can see the right location but they aren't bolts - just some sort of compressed metal on both the inner and outer sides so no way to turn or grab them. can anyone help?

 

there should be the two up top two on the side and there is two on the bottom on both passenger and driverside when your under the truck look up move the plastic aside a lil bit and look straight up there 2 13mm bolts there
