Default 47re auto tranny help

Every morning I go out and start my truck up and let it warm up for a good five minutes before I head off to school and on the way there it shifts in and out of over drive ... but it stops about half way of the 10 mile drive and acts fine... Also if this helps if I dont let it warm up its even worse !
