Anybody ever usse this diesel additive? Notice any difference in power/fuel economy? And also wheres the cheapest place to buy it? probably walmart? thanks!

 

probably walmart.... never noticed it making any kind of seat-of-pants or pain-at-pump difference. clean fuel system gives a peace-of-mind that you can't always feel.

 

cheapest i have seen is walmart so far. i do notice a clicking noise from the fuel tank area goes away if i use it.

 

Ive noticed a ticking noise down around that area? Not sure what it is?

 

I use it at every fill-up. It quiets the engine and it runs much smoother. my fuel mileage has increased an averave of 1-1.5 mpg. Havent really felt anything in the way of SOTP oomph. But, the extra mileage, cleaner fuel system and injectors is a plus. Great peace of mind, especially since I take 3 long vacation trips per year, towing my travel trailer. Its cheap insurance against clogged or dirty injectors.

 

I am using Opti-Lube 2 cycle oil .. cheeper and does the same thing .. MY $0.02

 

I will sometimes mix Diesel Kleen with walmart super-tech 2 stroke motor oil when Im towing my travel trailer. I will use 1/2 qt of the mix to a full tank. Works for me.

 

I use DIESEL KLEEN every once in a while, according to DIESEL KLLEN it will
(1) Cleans dirty Injectors
(2) Boost Power
(3) Improves MPG by up to 8%
(4) Prevents Injector sticking
I can't confirm or denied they're claims

 

You were looking at the bottle were'nt you?

 

yeah I can tell you that I smoke less and picked up a SOLID 1 mpg with opti lube 2 stroke .. (im only using a weedeater 1 gallon mix size bottle)...
