nope. you dont have a computer to run the vein assembly. you are looking for a he351cw charger. i personally like this turbo for mild stuff but it isnt a big difference stock for stock over an hx35.

I do have a friend I believe this is what he is running, using drive pressure to actuate the veins... using the turbo housing to warm up the coolant into the heater core ... he says it runs good ...

you can make that charger work without a computer its been done a few times. The 351cw is easier to work with in a twin set up.

your best bet is to look for a used one not a new non holset replacement

I see 'em on Craigslist sometimes. They're usually about $300, and they don't last long. The 351 that is.
