It's more or less a large trickle of fuel coming out of the OFV when that happens.

We do have a two tank system that is completely heated on the veggie side by waste heat from engine coolant. We have a heated fuel pickup, a long "Hose in Hose" section (concentric tubing), Heated Veggie Oil Filter, and Flat Plate Heat Exchanger. I will happily take your advice of doing the occasional tank of diesel on the veggie side. Thanks. Also, we will be sure and always purge before shutdown so we are starting on diesel.

Oh how I wish this were the case. That would make my life very easy! We have an appointment to tow into the local diesel shop that services Bosch pumps. We will see how it goes. Thanks for all the help guys (and maybe gals)!

We are taking it in on Wednesday next week. That was the earliest the shop could get us in.
