ATTN BD Power Transmission / Going In & Out of Lockup on the freeway HELP Please

Need some help. 94 2500 BD Power transmission. It just started going in and out of lock up when I'm cruising on the freeway. It will go out then go right back in. It will do this at pretty much any speed above 50. As long as its a steady speed.
I have checked fluid level and it's good. Not burnt. Nice and clean. Any help would be appreciated. I have checked all battery cables and they are tight. Alternator is good.

Mine has done that for a while but it's a stock tranny and tc but I am under the impression it's a sign of a failing tc

Never heard of that. I have been told it could be a bad or failing TPS, or RF Interference with the Alternator.

My Tc is only a couple months old also.

Probably the TPS...you can just bypass it and put in a manual lockup switch so it will stay locked. Just have to ground a wire. Unfortunately I did mine so long ago I forget which one. If you do this, always remember to unlock the converter when you slow down!
