single cab long box 4x4 94 5 speed (mine is a single cab long box 4x4 95 auto), for 2800 bucks.

was dumped into a slough and shut off. the motor has been cleaned out but needs some work now. shop owner I know wants the motor and fuel system.
I want, well, most of the rest of the driveline, the dash/gauges, and a few other odds n ends.

I'm probably gonna give him the motor and fuel system for use of his shop for a few weekends in order to get the manual swap done (I figure that's about as close as I can get, parts wise. If that **** doesn't bolt up easily enough, I'm fucked).

So, when I'm done up north building this condo, hopefully a few weeks after that I'll be posting in this topic about my awesome manual swap!
either that, or I'll be posting desperately asking for help cause I can't figure this **** out. But he should be pretty good about it (shop owner). He does have an 05 excursion with a 92 cummins in it.
