just finished the conversion on my 3500 to a non dually rear, I found a rear end from a 2000 dodge 2500 6 speed HO truck dana 80 posi 3.54 and i bought everything from drum to drum and purchased a good long bed to finish the conversion. my question is how many teeth does the factory speedo gear have in a 47RH with a 3.54 rear. my old rear was 4.10 and i ordered a speedo gear from PACT and they sent me one with 29 tooth and my speedo is still wrong by at least 5 mph.
