i think if it had water veins over the actual filter portion it would be radiating much much colder air. pretty neat idea though

you don't want to add any restriction of the air entering the turbo tho that will hurt performance just like running with a clogged air filter

no im saying like as in an air box lid. leave the 4 inch inlet alone and build a top for this cooler that has veins in it so it draws air past the veins and cools the air before it gets to the filter. like a radiator with a NO2 cooler just with cold water. (kinda)

is this on asphalt or dirt? if I was doin it in the dirt id try to dig a hole so he couldn't pull me back and on asphalt id hold the brakes till he broke lose then punch the throttle

I see what your sayin but I still think the air is goin to move to fast to make a difference when you up on boost.

805.1 SAE Horsepower, rather inaccurate though as the dyno would not show torque numbers over 1400ft.lbs... don't have the dyno slip as i just formatted my pc

Torque and Hp always cross at 5252. I know you are not reving that high but at 3,000 rpm you are showing 300 ft.lbs of torque!!!
a 4 clyinder gas motor does that.

he explained why. the dyno wasnt loading and his big single wasnt moving hardly any air.
