stock 5.9 in ford f800. head has been machined alot and has been rebuilt. cummins spec 094-124 but also shows in cummins quick serve for .177-.216 for all b series other than 1994 automotive and pre 1991. not performance engine just a box truck for hauling. block is cut allitle but should not matter. will use .010 head gasket to keep compression up but the cummins specs are confusing. with standard .060 washer I am at about .215 protrusion because head was planed but this would still be in spec if not the .094-.124 spec. any help?

 

its close enough either way ..... run it and if you end up with high egts u might run a slightly thicker injector oring spacer underneath the inj ....
