hey i have my buddys 1996 12v auto it has almost 300,000 miles its a stock truck and i put a 4in straight pipe,kn intake,#8 pushed all the way up,starscrew wfo,turbo silincer gone,boost elbow boost turned up and this truck will not smoke at idle and when your driving it have to really lay into it for it to smoke it has the same mods as my other truck and it pours i bought this truck a couple months ago and i see the heads been off and new gasket but i was wondering if the timing has been advanced and thats why it dont scream and smoke and i dont want smoke its just it should dump and it dont at all

Star wheel will get the fuel quicker and the smoke screw will get ya some smoke ... just keep in mind smoke means loss of mpg and higher egt's

 

yes i know and what i going after once i saw the head and all the bolts have been market and clock and how it revs up is that someone tryed to advance the timing
