Sound in front cover

I have a 97 one ton with 250k on it when u take oil cap off while running it has a squealin sound in front cover any ideas on this?

.... kdp rubbing on a gear maybe ? .... better pull tha cover and get looking ... worst case for peice of mind .....

Could be coming from inside the injector pump too, although I have no idea what it could be.
