Default Dually Conversion

ok guys i want to convert my pickup to a dually i already have the dana80HD rearend and i was told you can either get a new set of hubs or just put spacers on the hub with exteded ligs. i dont want to have to swap axles completely because i just got my breaks rebuilt and the rear end only has 50,000 miles on it in exelent condition. if you have any advice at all i woul love to hear it

I'd just put a flatbed on it,and keep the axle you have, same capacity anyway.

94, how come you want to convert to duals, are you towing a lot? I know it's nice to have the extra stability if you're towing heavy regularly.
I have a flatbed with SRW and thought it looked kinda weird with smaller tires. if you keep 'em singles you might want to get a slightly wider tire. 285/75-16's looked a little weird on my 93, the 305/70-16's look really good and there are a few load E 10 ply A/T's available.

well i do tow quite abit but i just like the look of a dually, but i dont really want to be running pizza cutters so i might just stay single and get a set of either 315/75/16 or 35X12x17

oh,you said you wanted the "dually" look, thought that meant the huge fenders...
I prefer the way you are doing it,next time I'm going to get a 2500 and dually it up.
