They will have some affect on fuel mileage. This will depend on how heavy your foot is, the more fuel you put in your fuel mileage will change. In the nut shell you should still be close to the MPG you are at now.
If you only want a little more fueling then DVs are a great upgrade, but if you want to get a lot more fueling increasing injectors would be better and cleaner. This is because of how the DVs increase fueling. They increase the duration of fuel that is being injected, think of full/laser cuts and how they are hot and smokey all the time. As you can see if you just increase injector size it will not increase the duration of fuel but just increase the amount of fuel in the same duration as before.
