Maybe you weren't aware that I have custom-built W/M systems on both my trucks?

yeah when you use too much atf there will be no affects and yes egt's will be higher... because the detergents burn clean and a bit hotter ... just 1 qt then fill up ... two tanks like this and then a half quart and it will maintain good clean injectors and cumbustion chambers ...

Good, hope they do nothing for you, nadir. But steam is a powerful cleaner as well.

I could care less about you're atf rant but do me one favor please? Don't go telling common rail owners to dump atf in their tank?
Thanks

I think this is hilarious. if it aint stock the something is going to change from stock, either good or bad but if you want power and mileage then by a stock tdi for mileage and keep your rig for power. how are you figuring your mileage? if your reading the overhead its never right. as far as atf ive run w80 that I make on a daily basis using motor and atf and have for the past 21,700 miles no rise in egt, and my mileage is consistent at about 18-19 not too much city driving though, and I run 35/12.50/20 mts. and just for the record I run the diesel shop at a dodge dealer and have two customers running deleted 6.7s on w75. one has 12k and the other 28k, and have had no engine issues much less fuel problems. and screw the water meth I have seen too many hydrolocks do to leaking nozzles or tanks mounted higher than the intake filling the intake. its just too big a risk for a half mile a gallon. my 2 pennies

I was actually thinking along the lines of emulsification, water, the inability to properly remove the water at the separator and the effect of said water in an injector thats operating at 20k of rp.
