Transmission making bad grinding noises

In 1st 3rd and 5th my tranny is making a terrible noise. Worst in fifth it has a dd clutch and input shaft. Is the tranny out?

dont sound good. i have one from a 94 4x4 i may sell. im swapping mine to g56.( i think)

Might have a bearing issue causing the gears to mesh funny. Have you fixed the 5th gear nut issue on your truck?
