You can pull each gauge out of the cluster indevicually and its easy but you'll most likely be getting the whole cluster from a auto recycler so just swap the whole cluster and be done with it. I have a spare cluster here from a gas truck that I converted my tach over to since I'm running higher than normal rpms...

 

Ok guess I'll be looking for another cluster then and just swap my speedo out, I wanna retain my mileage... thanks guys
