i have a 98 ram with the 2 fog light relays. this is for the fog lights to stay one with hi beam and still be functional with stock switch. i know the dodges with the single relay you can jumper the 2 big prongs. this is for you all with the 2 relays and i am posting this cuz i never really found any info for the double relay setup. the only way it worked for me is the relay number 2, (the closest to fender) pull relay and look at prongs, there will be little numbers by the base of them, jumper wire 3 and 4 witch is the bottom bigger one and the middle out of the row of 3. this makes it so fog lamps and hi beams work as well as factory switch to turn them off. leave fuse number one alone(closer to motor) hope this helps, and be sure to run a fuse in the jumper

 

Your '98 has headlight relays? I thought not having them was why I keep melting headlight switches.
