12 v 5.9 manual to semiautomatic transmission conversion

is there a way is a manual to a semiautomatic conversion possible?
what kind of transmission do i have to get?
does anybody make a kit for that ?
ive driven in Europe mercedes semiautomatic mercedes trucks

if there is somehting that can be modified on a 12v , there is almost certainly somebody online
peddling it
although i dont recall a manual shift automatic conversion, might wanna google it
