Ok guys I have a 1997 12v cummins 3500 flat bed its really lowe geard it has about 192xxx miles on it not that much at all for these trucks but every since I got it when I get up on the high way in 5 th gear doin about 60mph pushin 2000 Rpm it throws oil out under the hood right by the dip stick and injector pump it might be comin out of the dip stick not for sure wear but some wear in that area plzz help guys I love my truck

 

Put a plastic bag over the dipstick and drive it. That will tell if that is it or not.

could be the front cover gasket also ..... or the o-ring on the IP ...

Try cleaning the engine off .... stand on breaks with hood open and power break it ..... see if it starts to make a trail ... the wind could be just blowing it everywhere .... happens all the time on our buses with detroits.... keep me posted ... interested in what u find
