these threads always get harsh responses man. partially cover the air filter to get more smoke. take away air or add more fuel. a little raw fuel is fun, not many of us can or will deny it but asking for just that in a diesel forum will get the haters swarming. these old trucks smoke when you start messing with them, its the nature of the beast, but a properly tuned truck wont smoke at WOT or just maybe a little. focus on making usable power and making a properly functioning system. if you are hapy with your current HP then by adding fuel and no more air you will loose noticable performance. look into a

-boost elbow
-some govoner springs
-A FUEL PLATE! come on plateless..... run an aggressive plate but tune the entire AFC not just destroying the factory tune by turning the starwheel. there are many ways to tinker with the afc.
-possible a rack plug put this will most likely gain you very little if nothing power wise at your level but it will get you a noticable amount more over fuel at WOT
-some type of intake
-a 4 inch exhaust or hell a hood stack if its an offroader LOL

thats a decent start but a bag over the air filter cant be beat for smoke output.

you will be very very happy with some 3k govoner springs and a boost elbow to allow you to run in the 30+psi range. cost you under $200 and you will be drive a %100 different truck. i wouldnt recommend any injector other than stock size if you are bashing the truck off road. way to much excessive heat. stockers will be just fine.
