Has anyone changed their radios in their trucks? Im looking at putting a nice touch screen radio any ideas?

What's the budget? Adding any speakers? What, if anything, have you already bought for it? Kenwood and pioneer have been what we have always put in our trucks and they have excellent quality in sound and clarity.
