Default Needing some more "get up and go"

Truck in sig. has 260,000 miles. I have owned since '99. I'm getting 20mpg, but it feels like she's getting a little weak. I want to add some more low end power, but DO NOT want smoke.
I have been searching afc tuning. Do you think that would be the best way to start getting more power? Truck also has tork tech ofv.

A good cam plate would wake your truck up right now. Very inexpensive and relatively easy to install. Do you have gauges installed?

No gauges as of today, haven't really needed them until now. But will install some before I add any HP. I'm not looking for crazy power, just a little more to help pull hills or get on the highway.

some new injectors or get your re-popped. injectors are a wear item. we have 215HP and 230HP SAC that are brand new.

Fuel plates are on ebay for like $40 or so

If you haven't had a valve adjustment since you have owned it I would start with that. Also some other simple mods that will help would be get your timing adjusted to 16.5. also a boost elbo with help wake up the turbo, also a fuel plate will really wake it up but might ad little smoke. If you get gauges I would get boost, EGT, and fuel pressure. To be safe upgrading your clutch and imput shaft would not be a bad idea. just my .02 cents
