Default losing boost and antifreeze?

i started noticing my truck was getting hot then i check antifreeze and its really low so i looked for leaks and didnt find one. then i noticed my truck was only building 40lb of boost an usally it builds 55 lbs. is it a cracked head or blowed gasket? there is no coolant in my oil and it doesnt smell like the coolant im losing is coming out of the exhaust whats my problem?

Just the head gasket im not sure I i just done one on my buddys truck its actually very easy to do ur self machining the head with new valves and 60lbs springs and orings costsed 1000 plus 450 for head studs and I think it was 100 bucks for the gasket kit before I did it for him I think he was quoted 2400 to do all that

Idk what u had done before but pushing anything over 35-40 psi of boost really needs to at least be studded or its easy to blow the head gasket witch is why im still only pushing 40 psi and a stock turbo BC. I can't afford do do my head yet.
