thats really just more work and money than I have available to throw at it at them moment. if the turbo was not busted and I had time to collect parts and money I might consider it... maybe.

Again, I'm not looking to turn this into a drag car. But I'm looking for something that will bolt up relatively easy and be a good bang for the buck at the same time. I'm looking through the he351 and 351 variable options now... I think it would be killer to run a 351 with the variable viens controlled by boost pressure....

The original exhaust was something silly like 1.5" so it was not an issue. As it is, I can barely fit the smallest striaght through ovaled body exhaust I can find. 3.3" deep and 14" long. Cant be any longer than that even.... as It has to fit exactly under the seat, between the front and rear footwells.

And this is because I dont have room to wrap a 3" exhaust over the axle. So I have to dump it before the axle, and after the door so it doesnt make too much noise in the cab.

Lastly, I really dont have room in the engine bay for any larger of a downpipe as I'm already hitting my AC evaporator box.....

So that being said.... I'm pretty much stuck with a 3" exhaust.....

My eyes are burning from the burnt oil in the air from the ride home. LoL. I think I have to park it for the week....
Can you say Hood stack
