My buddy has a 2006 GMC 2500 with the 6.6L. What is the best chip to buy for max power and smoke without injectors?

ppe hot 2 or even better he can get efi live and get custom tunes

does he plan on keeping this truck? because max power and smoke are not going to be in his best interests if he wants to keep it for longer than a few months
