Default Diablo Predator or Edge?

Done some research but i can't decide between these two. Here's what im looking for......Of course MORE POWER! But also want nice smooth shifts, as i love the way this allison shifts and don't want to ruin that. Obviously more mpg as well. But something that also won't destroy my transmission in a year. This being one reason i won't get the PPE, as i know i won't be able to control myself and ill load the higher levels on that PPE and hurt the allison. I'm kinda leaning to the predator but i like the edge evolution too.....

Don't by the PPE Hot+2 get just the standard and you'll be fine. I personaly would stay far away from the Edge.

those are good choices, you might also want to look into the quadzilla, good power and smokes some on the bigger tunes. i tow a 32ft 5er from time to time with the tuner set on economy or 50hp sometimes. when i'm not towing, i put it on 135hp and take it easy especially from third gear up. i have gotten 26 mpg on the 135 tune on a road trip.

hmm never considered the quadzilla. Does its power levels compare with the competitors on the seat of the pants feel/power gains?

the quad makes good power. in regard to feeling the power, its real good broke traction when i was going through a red light at 35 mph and spun the tires leaving two black marks over 30 feet long.
i like the 135hp setting for the fuel mileag and the power is incrediable, the price is good too.

I like the PPE, but i would like the edge for the monitor purposes as i save from having to get gauges that way. But im reading about the new edge race evo's are creating a "rattling" issue so i think ill avoid them. Bullydog and banks i won't buy either and they are the only others i know with monitors....
