magnaflow has the kit. but the down spout is from AST diesel i have the same kit on my truck and i love it. check ebay too. there 5 inch exhaust kits out there from magnaflow to mbrp. and more. prices run from 3500 shipped to 800 shipp depends on who made them. hope that helps.
if you want it to come before the rear tire you have to modfy it your self. i dont recomend doing that it will change the color of your rims and its not easy cleaning them. if your friend cleans his truck every 3 or 4 days its ok i think. but if it get clean 1s every 2 to 3 weeks it will discolor your rims and sout is not the easiest to clean off after it sits on there for long peroids of time.
