WELL to go to a 150 GPH......you will need to do a pump change.....only pressure can be adjusted by a spring. Not volume.....

As for the 150 GPH pump causing issue with a stock D-Max CP3.....its all has to do with pressure....not flow.

The D-Max CP3 FCA doesn't like pressures over 12ish PSI. Once you start this...rail pressures climb at idle and codes are set and the truck rattles like heck.

We set all our D-max kits to 8-10 PSI for this reason....doesn’t matter if its a 95, 150, or 200 GPH.

NOW where GPH will get you in trouble is in the tank sending unit. You might need to address this with the 150 GPH pumps....BUT its a rare issue.....and the 95 can handle a ton of HP.....hence why i suggested that pump.

Good to see a full crowd of D-max owners at the show! I enjoyed the heck out of it!
