Default Exhaust Sound??

I took the cat and muffler off and put in a straight through muffler about a year ago. The thing sounds like I'm running an air compressor into the exhaust except when I start it up it will sound like the air's blowing then for one second it stops then starts back again. Is this the EGR that I'm hearing or is it just the normal sound of one of these turbos? I guess what I'm asking is, if I block the EGR will it sound less like a sand blaster?

Pretty much what I figured. Sounds horrible if you ask me, I wish it would sound like it does for that second when it adjusts.

You can especially if you just have someone tune the vanes down at idle, well maybe would the edge overide the changes to the vane tables? Where in wyoming are you?

You could.. but it would be pointless.. since EFI live can do everything and more than any Off the shelf programmer..

EFI Live is the last tuner you will ever need for ANY OBD II equipped GM vehicle.
