Default exhaust question for you guys

im lookin to get 4" exhaust down pipe back... but i dont want to have to delete the catts. is the only way to go downpipe back to delete the catts? i live on long island so if i delete the catts id fail emissions so is there a way i can go downpipe back without deleting the catts?

If you are not going to delete the cat you might as well go with a cat back. You will not gain anything from going 4" and having a cat, over a 4" cat back system. The cat is your biggest restriction other than the stock muffler.

Our Expandit Kit includes the clamps in order to delete or keep your cat.

I'd go to a good shop that does custom exhaust. Have flanges added before and after the cat, and have a pipe made with matching flanges. You now have your own cat delete pipe that you can change when emission tests are necessary. Just keep some extra gaskets around for quick changes.
