Garrett has a hi-po VNT out now. PPE has been posting about it. 3794 I believe. Supposed to be in the Cheatah performance range. Closely priced. I think the Garrett might be cheaper. Close to a 4094 for those wanting to keep the Variable.

The cheatahs have their place. If your wanting a stock appearing turbo then go that route if needed. Personally I'd go a different route.
