Default LBZ Torque Converter

What's the scoop on the LBZ T/C?

Is it the same as the previous years?

Is it better? Can a guy benefit by putting one in his older 'max?

Who makes a good upgrade for this if needed?

It is the First weak link in the trans, a good convertor and a valve body mod you can run 500 RWHP for a good while.

I know that alli 6 speed has a better tq than ur 05-5speed...The six speed with a trans go jr alone will hold way more than the old 5speed..But ya mine will be gettin done soon so I can put the foot to it in 5-6gear..I looked at the suncoast III and IV..for the price I'm gonna do the IV.. worries should be over..

Not true the 06s have more holding ability thanks to other mods. That is why 06s+ just need a Transgo JR and the other need a trango. With those kits installed on an 06+ and a pre-06 they would have equal holding abilities.
