Problems With My LBZ

You have something in your system drawing WAY more current than normal. If you're a DP member go to my thread on the Viper system. I really dont want to spend several day reposting the info here. Check out the thread and do what me and RTToys stated on using a DC amprobe and pulling fused to find the issue. I PROMISE you it's NOT the alternator that is the issue. Do you have an aftermarket alarm system or stereo? Aftermarket ANYTHING? Unless properly installed your BCM wont like it and will stay powered on. We discovered that my stereo head unit had not turned off in over 3 months. Needless to say, after 4 new batteries, NUMEROUS OnStar jump starts and tow's , it was an aftermarket accessory that caused the problem. PM me if you want to know intimate details and how to detect it.
