Well I just had some time to look at the truck again, I reinstalled my LLY CP# and put on the Arson III kit, truck still wont start. I hooked it up to EFI and here are the codes that popped up

P0621 – Generator 1 L-Terminal Circuit
P0622 – Generator 1 F-Terminal Circuit
P0675 – Cylinder 5 Glow Plug Circuit
C0035 – Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit
C0040 - Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit
C0245 – Wheel Speed Sensor Frequency Error
B0229 – Reciculate Position Feedback Circuit Range/Performance
U100 – Class 2 Data Link.

Might have to send the truck in for testing.

Thanks guys for your help

It is only one wire hook up and one plug, not sure how you can screw that up. What makes you say something about the alternator?

Thanks

Generator = Alternator

You also have a bad glow plug on #5 cylinder, which is the third one back on the drivers side

not sure what the recirculate position sensor is....you might want to look into that one

Do you know how hard it is to take out and install a glow plug?

Thanks

nope #5 is third back on drivers side, and they are a breeze to pull out, take off your wheel, pull out your inner wheel well and they are right in front of you, all you need is an 8mm socket for the GP rail wire and a 12mm deep socket for the GP,put some anti-seize on the threads when you put the new one in and your good

I stand corrected, the cylinder numbering is Odd # on pass side, Even on drivers, from the front of the truck, my apologies

1,3,5,7 - Pass
2,4,6,8 - drivers

it is the opposite of a Chevy v8

Well I figured out the alternator 2, the plug was not all the way on. and I fixed the glow plug.

I also opened the bleeder screw and ran the mitusa until there was no bubbles. Then I used the primer button and it was hard as hell to push down so I imagine that it is primed. Tried to start it and still nothing. Would there be anything to deal with the remote start/alarm? It is aftermarket Viper 5902.

Thanks
