I have gotten my gauges and and my programmer installed and they are working great. One thing though how long will it take for my tranny to re-learn and shift the way it used too? It has limped a couple of times after about 200 miles.

What tune are you running? If your running the 120 tune then chances are it probably will limp no matter what you do.

Are you still running the 120 tune? Any codes when you limped it?

What level are you running? When you say limped, did you get "Range Shift Inhibited" on the dash? If you are getting that message and stuck in 3rd gear and no reverse, then you have limped the trans. If you are only able to rev to 2500 RPM's then you need to look into shimming the FPRV or getting a lift pump as you are limping the motor... Let me know what is going on.
